• WELCOME • I’m Maritza — a licensed skin professional, Hydrafacial Specialist, and someone who truly believes in the power of self-care. I’ve been in the beauty and wellness industry for nine years, and for the last three, I’ve devoted myself to creating my own facial experiences that are just as transformative as they are relaxing. When you book with me, you’re not just getting a facial — you’re stepping into a space created for you. A space where your concerns are heard, your skin is understood, and your experience is designed to feel both therapeutic and luxurious. I’m always learning new techniques, perfecting my craft, and finding ways to elevate every moment of your visit so you leave glowing, relaxed, and excited to come back. • WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT • From the moment you walk in, my focus is on you — your skin goals, your comfort, and giving you a treatment that feels customized, intentional, and deeply soothing. Whether you’re dealing with aging, pigmentation, breakouts, or texture, we’ll work together to choose the best approach for your skin that day. And yes… your service will always include my signature massage techniques. It’s my favorite part of creating a full-body relaxation moment during your facial. • HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT • To get the absolute best results from your treatment: - Avoid active ingredients (like retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, benzoyl peroxide, etc.) for 2–3 days before your appointment. -If possible, come in with minimal makeup so we can start your treatment right away. -Most importantly — come ready to relax. Once I get you in, I will analyze your skin and ask a few questions. We can make adjustments to your appointment if needed. •THIS IS MY FIRST FACIAL, WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?• -After you have booked your appointment, you will be asked to fill out an intake form and sign a waiver. All facials include warm towels and cold compresses. Please let me know if you are claustrophobic, sensitive to essential oils or hot/cold temperatures •DO I HAVE TO UNDRESS FOR A FACIAL?• - Upon your arrival you will be asked to remove jewelry. A spa wrap will be provided, I will step out of the room to give you time to undress and get comfortable. This is optional but highly recommended if you want a thorough massage and to avoid any stains on clothing •WHAT SHOULD I EXPERIENCE AFTER MY FACIAL?• -You will leave your service feeling relaxed and your skin will look hydrated and glowy. If your appointment is later in the day i typically prepare your skin for night and no cleansing is necessary before bed. If your service is completed early in the day protection products will be applied and cleansing before bed is recommended. •SHOULD I HAVE A FACIAL SERVICE IF I'M PREGNANT?• - Absolutely! Facials during pregnancy are especially important for many reasons. Your skin can be reflective of the hormonal changes occurring within your body and having regular services can help alleviate some of the symptoms( i.e. breakout, increased redness and sensitivity) when your usual products may be off-limits. Facials can also be a wonderful relaxation tool which can keep your blood pressure at a healthy level. •CAN I WORKOUT AFTER A FACIAL?• - It is highly recommended that you avoid any type of physical activity, saunas, tanning/sun exposure at least 24hours for best results •CAN I PUT MAKEUP ON AFTER MY APPOINTMENT?• - Avoid it if possible but If you have an event or feel more comfortable wearing makeup, feel free to apply (lightly if possible) . It’s important to always use clean brushes/sponges and remove it at the end of the day. If we do a more advanced facial, I will advise you to not apply any makeup for 24 hours
CANCELLATION POLICY
**All services require a card on file to schedule an appointment , including services intended to be paid with a gift card ** I value your business and ask that you respect my scheduling policies. Your facial treatments are reserved especially for you, should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours will be charged a 25% fee. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of your scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification or cancel within an hour of the appointment will be charged in full for the scheduled service. If you are late and we have time to cut your service, you will be charged for the service you booked, not the cut service. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we do not have enough time to perform the service due to timing, you will be charged in full. You will receive both a text and email confirmation when your appointment is booked. ****Email and text reminders are automated, therefore attempting to reply to either is NOT an acceptable form of cancelling****
